Fee Schedule (effective 2026-09-12)
This version has been superseded. It was effective 2026-09-12 and replaced for new acceptances on 2026-09-14. The prices did not change, only the name of the fee on collected payments. The current version is the Fee Schedule. Every version is listed in the version index.

1. Subscription
Your price depends on your business’s annual revenue. Every band includes unlimited users.

What you pay today
Currently waived — $0. We are not charging subscription fees yet. When we begin, every account gets at least sixty (60) days’ notice first, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Your first three months are free in any case. See §3.
How bands work
- Assessed once a year, in arrears, on the revenue you report to us.
- If you grow into a higher band, you keep your current price for a full year before the new one applies.
- We publish the whole ladder — you can see what growing will cost before it costs it.
- Report your revenue accurately. If it is materially misreported, we may re-band retroactively (Terms §5.2).
2. Fees on payments you collect
These are live today and are charged on payments your customers make through Cubre.

Deducted as the payment settles, before funds reach your account. If you refund a payment your customer is made whole, including any surcharge — the software fee on the original payment is not returned. See the Refund Policy §2a.
You may pass card processing costs to your customers where the law allows. See Terms §6.5.
3. The free period
The first three months after you create your account are free.
Time-boxed, with no measurement of any kind — we do not meter your jobs, your invoices, or your revenue to decide when it ends.
This is a waiver of a fee that exists under the Terms, not an agreement that Cubre is free (Terms §5.3). Waiving it once does not waive it later.
4. Taxes
Prices exclude sales and use tax. Where we are required to collect it we will add it to your invoice. If you are exempt, send us your exemption certificate. See Terms §5.5.
5. Changes
We give at least sixty (60) days’ notice before any price increase, and it takes effect at your next billing period. You can cancel before then with no early-termination charge (Terms §5.4). We will not raise a price for a period you have already paid for.
